Pow is a fun combative sports training center & Muay Thai school. Our program offers exercise training with a focus on fitness & health.

Conveniently located at the centre of Lan Kwai Fong & Causeway Bay, POW Muay Thai and Fitness is a fun, effective and combative sports training center & Muay Thai school. Our 3,000-square-feet studio is a newly furnished venue providing modern, avant garde and upbeat ambience facilities.

Our combative exercises aim to provide busy HongKongers with an enjoyable and effective way of attaining physical health and attractiveness through strengthening cardiovascular fitness as well as defining core muscles. We offer individual trainings as well as group classes (6-8 persons) to suit every individual’s preferences.

Muay Thai is traditional fighting techniques from Thailand, which includes combat on shins and is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins.

Different levels of courses are available to suit students with different levels of experience. The basic course is an introduction to the basics, including basic striking techniques, basic conditioning, strength and stretching exercises. The advanced course is for experienced students, including learning advanced combina-SS tions for real fight situations and application of all fight techniques to a real combat fighting scenario.
